You’d have to click on the arrow buttons to toggle on to the next picture and head back to the previous one. Clicking on the middle of a photo would redirect you to the site source, so be wary of that.
If you want to save any images, you’d have to do it one by one, as there’s no option to download the entire gallery in one go.
Overall, Morazzia is a great source of fap-worthy porn pics if you could overlook the shit interface once inside the galleries. I can forgive the ads, but the clutter can be migraine-inducing. If you don’t mind the mess, Morazzia might just work for you.
